How to install porcelain for the facade:
The method of gluing porcelain stoneware directly to the walls has almost completely become a thing of the past. Porcelain tiles are heavy, so installation on a facade insulated with mineral wool is impossible. Even on insulated surfaces, various thermal expansion of the walls, cement glue, shrinkage of the house and vibrations lead to the collapse of porcelain stoneware within a few years.
A ventilated facade is a system consisting of an insulating material, external panels and an air gap between them. Before installing a ventilated system, no preparation of the building walls is required. In the process of installing a ventilated facade, mineral wool insulation is attached to the walls of the building. And then the subsystem is mounted, made of aluminum or galvanized metal profiles. The subsystem is attached mechanically, using anchors. The elements of the subsystem are connected to each other by exhaust rivets. This connection is the best way to withstand dynamic loads (vibrations).

Its production requires minimal processing of raw materials;

Installation of hidden and open type is possible. In the second case, special fasteners are used - clamps. A facade with hidden fasteners will cost more. In order to save money, some customers install combined options. Up to the second floor, the facade is clad in a hidden way, and above it - in an open way.
