Step-by-step process of installing the structure
Our company performs the installation procedure in the following sequence:
Designing
The installation starts with calculations of the scope of work and design of facade structures. First, a geodetic survey of the walls, specific elements of the room and openings is performed. Based on the data obtained, a working draft is made.
Installation of support structures
The clinker facade is directly installed in accordance with the requirements of the regulations. Precise markings are made on the walls for the supporting brackets, which are attached to the wall with anchor dowels.
Stage of insulation
A mineral wool insulation layer is installed, followed by fixing with rack-and-pinion dowels. The insulation is installed in a checkerboard pattern to prevent cold air flows from entering the joints.
Cladding and guiding rails
Vertical guides for clinker facades are mounted on horizontal profiles without grouting. They are used to install the facade tiles on horizontal strips at the clinker joints and tightly fix them to the joint strip with clamps
Making frames and adjacencies
These elements include additional structures (eaves, metal window slopes), basement eaves, roof drips and parapet covers.
